I recently attended rhps this friday (5/28) and left my wallet in the theatre. It is a white wallet and should have the name Monte-Angel Richardson on a card inside of it.

Regulars!
Being a regular isn't just about coming to the shows on Friday nights. There are many other ways to support our CI cast. Last night was Geek Pride in North Park and CI performed 2 sets to an amazing crowd. But, how much more amazing would it have been if there was a big group of regulars cheering them on? Answer: a shit ton. Events like Geek Pride and Gay Pride coming up in July are opportunities to show San Diego that our one and only Rocky cast is not playing to an empty theater every week. I think we need to friend Crazed Imaginations on facebook or follow them on Twitter and get motivated to give cast our support. Plus, they always participate in awesome events that are fun to be at anyway.

It is a clear fact that people who come to our show and like it come back time and time again. They help us afford new props and costumes and the future cast of tomorrow. Many of us have dogs and dogs have puppies..We love puppies. So there fore people who don't like our show hate puppies…

Derrick "Fester" Dawson passed away last week after finishing his part as Eddie. He was very well known in the Rocky community and will be missed.
as a result we will be donating the hat proceeds this friday to the family of Fester. It doesn't matter if you are in a different cast or perform on the other side of the country or even the world. We are all connected. We are all a family so let's help his family the best we can.

And if you work what you got, no one will ever be able to stop you. should they ever try, it will only be because they are jealous.

when having a good time, always keep an extra pair of pants.

putting hair spray on finger nail polish helps make the color more reistent to damage.

when no one is saying something, and you know what needs to be said, don't hesitate, it might just be your moment to shine.

if you can't get amped for a show, you probably shouldn't go.

All right kids we have mentioned the fifth friday show several times over the last couple of weeks and now its time for all you audience to tell us what you want to see on stage. So here's the place for you all to put your recommendations for the theme of our fifth friday show of January the 29th. Just to give you all an idea here are some themes we have tackled in the past: 50's night, Saturday morning cartoons, Comic book night, a Drunk cast, and Dead Celebrities Night. So let your voice be heard and let us know what you want to see. And we will be announcing the winner at the January Lingerie night show. Plus be sure to check back on the website to see which shows get thrown up and your chance to vote on what we do.

I sent out an email a few weeks ago announcing that I found a production of the Rocky Horror Show at the Maverick theater in Fullerton and asking if anyone wanted to attend. So I thought why not start a thread on new ideas for them.
Since I am starting this thread I will start the ball rolling and that way everyone understands

Upcoming Live Theatre in San Diego

Now through August 30, Wicked is playing at the Civic Theatre. There are still some tickets left, but they are going fast. Also, there is a lottery before each performance, and you can find out more information here

Also playing at the Civic in September is Monty Python's Spamalot. Tickets are on sale, so you should get them soon. It is only playing for a week, and the tour ends shortly after coming to San Diego, so this will be one of the last chances to see it! Tickets are onsale here

Playing through the end of August at The Old Globe Theatre is the pre-Broadway engagement of First Wives Club. It is always great to see a Broadway caliber show before it actually goes to Broadway, and to say you have seen it before almost everyone. More info here

Also at the Globe, is their annual Shakespeare festival, this year consisting of Twelfth Night, Coriolanus, and Cyrano De Bergerac (yes, technically not Shakespeare, but still good). Running through the end of September.

And at the La Jolla Playhouse, the smash Broadway hit "The 39 Steps". Alfred Hitchcock's classic thriller on stage as a … slapstick comedy consisting of only 4 cast members that play all 150 characters.

There is also Godspell from Lamb's Players at the Horton Grand theatre.

And don't forget Noises Off at Cygnet, running through the end of August.

Sometimes we take for granted how much of a really good theatre town San Diego is, so if you like theatre, you should try and catch one of these shows. There are many opportunities for less expensive tickets, so please, help support the arts. And these shows are just the tip of the iceberg.

I've made some style changes recently to this, the very website you're looking at. There's more to do, of course. My main worry now is about things that are really hard to read (e.g. light gray text against a light gray background), but there's probably more that I screwed up in the process.

This is the place to let me know what's wrong. I'll be trying to fix things as I come across them, but you'll probably spot things that I miss.

Are you interested in hanging out with cast and helping promote Rocky Horror in San Diego? July is a big month for us, so we're inviting you to join us in some flyering.

We're looking for a few people willing to walk the Gay Pride parade with us on July 18th, and to help us flyer outside of Comic Con on Wednesday the 22nd and Thursday the 23rd. Bonus points if you have a cast t-shirt.
